Connect with a provider online for testing

Step 1:
You will be asked to complete a quick medical questionnaire to help determine if a DHR test is appropriate for you or a loved one. A DHR test can be taken at any age.

Step 2:
A healthcare provider will review your questionnaire and reach out to you if they have any questions.

Step 3:
If deemed appropriate, a DHR test kit will be mailed directly to you.

• Once the test kit is received, you and a healthy, non-related donor will need to schedule an appointment at a Quest Diagnostics location between Monday and Thursday before 1 PM
• The Quest lab staff will complete the DHR test with you and your non-related donor
• Your healthcare provider will keep you posted on how and when you will receive the results
